My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was convenient for my event and not too far from where I needed to be, there were some concerning issues with the rooms and service. The dining options were limited but satisfactory.

The rooms were disappointing. The first one had feces in the toilet, and the second room had a broken bed. The floors in both rooms were stained, and they smelled like stale feet. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were subpar, and the experience was far from comfortable for resting.

The service was below expectations. The staff acted like they didn't care about the issues with the rooms and were rude and argumentative. There was even insensitivity towards my mother's disability. The customer service provided was unacceptable.
